All visual content is entirely AI-generated and no real individuals are depicted. Nonetheless, anyone may report content they believe is illegal, infringing, or in violation of our standards or of the applicable card-brand rules, and we act on those reports promptly. 1. How to report content Use the button below (or email us). Please include, where possible, the URL or ID of the content and the reason for your request (for example: illegal content, a copyrighted character, a real person's likeness, or a violation of our content standards). 2. Review timeline All reported complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. 3. Review process When a report is received we acknowledge and record it; review the content against our content standards, our Terms of Service, and the applicable card-brand Acceptable Use Policy; restrict or hide it while the review is in progress where needed; and reach a decision, notifying the reporter of the outcome where we can. 4. Possible outcomes Following a review, the content may be removed or permanently hidden; edited or restricted; left in place if it violates no rule or law; or, where warranted, action may be taken against the account that created or uploaded it, up to and including suspension or termination. 5. Appeals If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal through the button above or by email, stating your reason. We will re-review the matter and respond, aiming to resolve appeals within five (5) business days. If a disagreement over an appeal cannot be resolved between us, it may be escalated for resolution by a neutral third party, at our expense. 6. Likeness of a real person All content on AI Peeps is entirely AI-generated; no real individuals are photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted, and any resemblance to a real person is purely coincidental and unintended. Nonetheless, if you are (or represent) a person who believes their likeness appears in any content, you may request its removal and appeal through the button above or by email. Where a review finds that valid consent was not given, or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed. Any disagreement over such a decision may be escalated for resolution by a neutral third party, at our expense. 7.
